Project Callita was a comprehensive "rebuild" for us, as we transformed everything inside the house except the façade. Originally built in 1948, the house began in a non-livable condition and was completely reimagined into a midcentury-inspired modern American home. We started by addressing the fundamental issues and then infused the design with midcentury modern elements to create a stylish yet functional space. Throughout the project, we catered to the client's personal needs, ensuring that every aspect of the home was tailored for comfort and convenience. The result is a beautifully renovated home that harmoniously blends historical charm with contemporary living.
