Guinmer-Oswaldo
Superintendent
Guinmer-Oswaldo helps keep BSD projects moving where construction is most real: on site, day by day, decision by decision. As a Superintendent, his role is rooted in the practical layer of building: who needs to be there, what needs to be ready, which details need attention, and where the sequence could break if no one is watching closely.
With more than 20 years of construction experience and 9 years in project management, Ozzy brings a hands-on understanding of how real job sites move. His background spans field coordination, construction logistics, landscape work, material handling, and the everyday problem-solving required to keep a project from losing momentum.
That landscape experience gives him an especially valuable eye for the parts of a property that do not stop at the walls. Ozzy understands plant selection, California plant behavior, water-use requirements, site conditions, and the details that help exterior spaces feel intentional instead of treated as an afterthought.
At BSD, Ozzy helps coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, site preparation, daily progress, inspections, material placement, quality checks, punch list work, and trade communication. He supports the team by making sure the site is not just active, but aligned.
For clients, this kind of field leadership matters because construction problems rarely announce themselves loudly. They begin as missing materials, unclear instructions, rushed transitions, trades waiting on each other, materials placed in the wrong area, or details no one clarified soon enough.
Ozzy helps catch those moments early. His working knowledge of construction material recycling requirements also supports cleaner, more responsible jobsite practices, especially during demolition, hauling, disposal, and material management.
His work supports a job site that feels more organized, more accountable, and more connected to the standards BSD promises before the first wall is opened, the first finish is installed, or the first exterior detail is brought to life.
With Ozzy on site, the build has another layer of practical control: someone watching the movement of trades, materials, land, and logistics before small issues become expensive ones.
