Nick Yuh

Nick leads Finance and Operations at BSD, bringing financial discipline and operating structure to complex residential projects. At BSD, your budgets, job costing, schedules, coordination, and the systems that secure your investments are all on his plate and protected.

With a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Real Estate Development (USC), Nick Yuh has a background in accounting, finance, and construction operations, with experience spanning both professional services and residential development.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice, advising companies through M&A, IPOs, divestitures, and complex financial reporting matters. Nick later transitioned into residential construction and development at BSD.

As BSD’s Head of Finance and Operations, Nick works across project budgets, job costing, schedules, procurement logic, and coordination between architects, designers, superintendents, and trade partners. He also helps develop the internal systems that support BSD’s construction, design, and development work.

For clients, Nick’s specialty is stewardship. He helps make the invisible part of the project visible: what things cost, what decisions affect the timeline, where risk is accumulating, and what needs to be clarified with full transparency.
