Junior makes sure the site is ready before the work needs to happen. As BSD’s Logistics Superintendent, his role directly affects whether a project day moves smoothly or gets swallowed by waiting, searching, rescheduling, or rework.

With experience in landscaping and a degree in progress focused on urban design, Junior brings a practical understanding of how outdoor spaces, site conditions, materials, and movement all connect. His work sits at the intersection of field support and logistics: making sure the right pieces are in the right place before the project needs them.

That perspective is especially valuable in construction because a job site is never just one task happening at a time. Materials, tools, samples, finishes, deliveries, pickups, site protection, and staging all have to work together. When one piece is missing, late, misplaced, or unprotected, the entire day can lose momentum.

At BSD, Junior helps manage material deliveries (HAUS), pickups, site staging, inventory checks, tool coordination, vendor runs, sample transport, finish protection, job site organization, and communication between the warehouse and field. His work supports the superintendents, trades, and project team by keeping the practical pieces aligned before they become bottlenecks.

For clients, good logistics shows up as fewer interruptions and better site momentum. Crews are not losing time to missing pieces. Finished surfaces are protected. Materials are ready when the sequence calls for them. The project feels less reactive because the next step has already been thought through.
