Christian’s work begins where drawings meet dust, trades, materials, weather, inspections, and real site conditions. As BSD’s Senior Superintendent, he helps lead the field execution that determines whether a project stays controlled once construction is underway.

With more than 40 years of professional experience as a finishing carpenter and more than 15 years in site management, Christian brings the kind of field judgment that cannot be learned from drawings alone. For over three decades, he has worked on multi-million-dollar homes, building the discipline, precision, and leadership required to manage complex residential projects at a high level.

For the past 10 years at BSD, Christian has been one of the people helping turn design intent into built reality. His background in finish carpentry gives him a sharp eye for the details clients eventually see and feel: clean transitions, aligned surfaces, protected finishes, careful sequencing and everything in between.

At BSD, Christian helps oversee daily site activity, subcontractor coordination, schedule sequencing, inspections, quality control, punch work, material readiness, and communication between the office, field, trades, and project team.

For clients, a strong superintendent is one of the biggest differences between a project that feels managed and one that feels like everyone is reacting. Christian helps protect the home from unclear handoffs, missed details, damaged finishes, trade conflicts, and work happening out of order.
