Andres
Superintendent
Andres helps guide the site-level execution that keeps construction aligned with the drawings, schedule, and design intent. As a Superintendent at BSD, his role is to stay close to the daily reality of the project, where every plan eventually has to stand up to real materials, real trades, and real conditions.
With more than 20 years of construction experience and 8 years in project management, Andres brings a steady, practical understanding of how projects move from plan to finished work. His background has taught him how quickly a build can drift when small issues are not addressed early. A missed detail, a delayed answer, or a rushed sequence can affect far more than one task. It can change cost, schedule, quality, and the final feeling of the home.
Andres also brings specialized experience in tile installation, including different tile types, layout planning, pattern coordination, and custom tile configurations. That eye is especially valuable in homes where surfaces matter. Tile is not just another finish. It is one of the places where craftsmanship, alignment, spacing, material variation, and design intent become immediately visible.
At BSD, Andres supports trade coordination, daily site checks, material readiness, quality control, schedule updates, inspections, punch lists, client walkthrough preparation, and installation oversight. He helps identify the small problems that can slow a project down or weaken the finished result if they are not handled with care.
For clients, Andres’s work creates trust through consistency and communication. A well-managed site does not just look cleaner. It communicates that the team is paying attention, that trades are being coordinated, and that the home is being built with discipline instead of guesswork.
His role helps protect the details clients may not know how to inspect themselves: alignments, transitions, readiness, installation quality, tile layouts, and the daily sequence of work. When those details are managed well, the finished home feels calmer, cleaner, and more resolved.
Known for being responsible, friendly, and easy to communicate with, Andres helps make the construction process feel more organized on the ground. That kind of personality matters on a job site. It keeps information moving, problems surfaced earlier, and collaboration smoother between trades, project managers, designers, and clients.
With Andres on site, BSD gains another layer of field control: someone watching the daily movement of the project while keeping an eye on the details that make finished work feel intentional.
